During the discussion phase of the remodeling process, you will meet with the Project Manager to outline the wants and needs of your project, discuss the plans, process, and expectations from both sides. Following this, a rough estimate will be presented to give you an initial understanding of the project's potential cost.

During the preparation stage of the remodeling process, we gather all necessary material selections. A full estimate and scope of work are provided, and the contract is signed, along with collecting a 1/3rd deposit. If required, permits are applied for, and materials that need to be ordered in advance are procured to ensure a smooth workflow.

Preparation
During the installation stage of the remodeling process, the work site is prepared and any necessary demolition is performed. The rough-in for required trades, such as framing, electric, plumbing, and insulation is completed, followed by any necessary inspections. Next, drywall, finishes, trim, and painting are done. Trade finishes like light fixtures, outlets, and plumbing fixtures are installed. Finally, flooring and final finishes are completed to bring your project to life.

Installation
During the completion phase of the remodeling process, final inspections are conducted to ensure everything meets standards. A walkthrough is done with the customer to review the project, and any remaining punch list items are addressed to ensure full satisfaction.
